Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeller to join our team and contribute to high-quality Japanese animation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D assets that bring our animated worlds to life.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: NPR 55,000
• Growth Potential: Salary range up to NPR 200,000, based on skill and performance.
• Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models for use in Japanese animation projects.
• Collaborate with the animation and motion teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Follow technical guidelines provided by the Japan-based production team.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure accuracy in submitted work.

• Proficiency in Maya or Blender (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of modelling techniques and animation workflow

• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

• Beginner-level applicants and students may apply; final selection is based solely on test performance

Hiring Process: Skill-Based Test

• As part of our recruitment process, all candidates must complete a modelling test using Maya or Blender.

• The test can be completed from home.

• Instructions include the time limit, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.

• The document is primarily in Japanese; an English translation is provided.

• Candidates must follow all submission guidelines carefully.

• No fixed deadline - candidates may complete the test at their convenience.
